Data Scientist

The Data Scientist works with product teams in our New York office to create analyses and build models that drive measurable business outcomes. You'll help design and run experiments — including A/B tests and causal inference studies — and build the analytical datasets and pipelines that keep that work trustworthy.

This is a hands-on role spanning experimentation, statistical modeling, data engineering for analytics, and communication. You'll partner with senior team members on analytical deep dives into complex business problems, turn findings into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences, and use generative AI tools responsibly — with human oversight — to deliver business-ready work.
